Nasrin can be fought in an Open World Match, which means you have to go to Gandharva Ville in Sumeru in order to find and talk to them.

NPC Location and Duel Guide for TCG
Nasrin's deck isn't the easiest deck to defeat, but you can go around this by taking out the Stonehide Lawachurl first. Its shield and massive DMG are the biggest threat it has in its kit, which is why nipping it in the bud should be your top priority.
The Axe Mitachurls also pack a punch, but it's going to more difficult taking them out with the Lawachurl present since Nasrin will just make it the Active character most of the time.
