This is a lie. Tried this combo several times and she beat me every time (sometimes had to concede because I knew I wasn't going to beat her). She is so hardcore. Arlechinno's daily boss fight is impossible in the main game but in TCG Keqing is impossible (so far that I've played/challenged.)
"Keqing's Deck contains many Artifact and Event cards, allowing her to change her tactics flexibly" Making me have to concede to my first actual loss to an npc!! Maybe I was using the wrong cards... (I was using Diona, Ningguang, and Razor) I think I have mental issues that are preventing me from improving so I tend to rely on walkthroughs online! I found one and followed it this time usinc Diluc, Kaeya, and Jean but still had to concede to a loss! Making me blame the luck of the card draws!
Dude, Keqing has become the first NPC to make me concede to a loss, maybe I was using the wrong cards? (was using Diona, Ningguang, and Razor to increase Proficiency)
