TL;DR: When to use Chamber: 1) When you have Reroll Artifacts or when you already have another Chamber in your deck. 2) Less than 3 different Elements in party. If any of the above conditions above is met, use Chamber and remove Library. Library actually ends up being better than Chamber. So basically if you’re using the re-roll artifacts or at most 2 elements use Chamber and if you want to put another one then put another Chamber instead, it’s mathematically better on average to put 2 Chambers than 1 Chamber and Library or even 2 Libraries lol, so in short Chamber is a no-brainer and almost always better than Library.

Jade Chamber doesn’t just transform 2 random dice in the Roll Phase to your active character’s element, it takes 2 dice that AREN’T your active character’s element or Omni, which is why you can easily end up with Omni and active element Dice along with the 2 dice from the Chamber itself, I’d say the Chamber only starts to fall off if you’re using 3 different elements in your party or you need to switch character before being able to use the Chamber’s dices, in that case the Library is>>>

Oh yeah also just replace the Library with another Jade Chamber, Library is good if you have random dice-generating cards like Parametric Transformer or Narukami Shrine, and only if you haven’t played it yet, since it only lets you re-roll during Roll Phase or right when you play it, also it doesn’t synergize very well with itself or Chamber either, I used to play both of them so I know very well, while Chamber synergizes EXTREMELY well with itself or the Elemental Artifacts set, because>

Imho just delete Wagner, he’s only good if you draw him before the other 2 weapons, if you draw him even after the first weapon he becomes almost a dead draw, letting you only save 1 die, you should play him in decks with 3 weapons instead.
