check honkai impact, they might make signora playable, but she dead
her delusion is cryo, she has no vision for she's a literal embodiment of the liquid flame
doubt she's actually dead tbh. she was a strong antagonist from basically the start of the game. we still fight her as a weekly boss and she's too desired as a playable character. I don't think mihoyo would release a confirmed dead character as playable. this is magic anime land where food revives you. Fatui could've easily swooped her up and healed her.

Sorry, I made a mistake. Her delusion is Cryo, she controls liquid fire which is in her veins, her Cryo delusion suppresses that liquid fire.
Well if you read the description of her crown it says that her VISION is actually pyro but she hides it with the cryo delusion. But yeah...Best girl is dead 🥲
Her delusion is cryo... The story said something along the lines of the Tsaritsa gave her a delusion of cryo to quell her raging flames, and when the Traveler shattered her delusion, she reverts to her true self, the Crimson Witch of Flames.
SPOILERS AHEAD. DON’T READ IF YOU HAVEN’T COMPLETED THE INAZUMA QUEST, ACT III YET Well, La Signora is officially dead now, and her real name is revealed to be Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter. Her delusion is Pyro, she’s the Crimson Witch of Embers.
Venti claimed in the story (If I'm not wrong), elemental attack generated from a vision had no effect against an archon. However, La Signora frozen him with cryo. It means cry is not her vision, but delusion as a fatui harbinger. Maybe her vision is Pyro, according to crimson witch description & pale flame description. (Cmiiw)

That's probably her delusion though, because we don't see a vision on her
That cannot be right, she’s a harbinger not The Tsaritsa herself, moreover The Tsaritsa is said to be gentle, unlike La Signora.
Talking with Victor in Mondstadt’s cathedral says that La Signora is the Cryo Archon
Later in the story line her weapon is visible on her back while is speaking with a main character, she has a catalyst.
