Ji Tong can be found standing in the north part of Liyue Harbor.

Jueyun Karst

Near the teleport waypoint is a Mutant Electro Slime, attacking it will spawn a group of Electro Slime which you can take pictures of.

Guyun Stone Forest

Just outside the Domain of Guyun you can find an Electro Cicin mage that you can take a picture of. If you attack her, you will also be able to take a picture of the 3 Electro Cicin that spawn around her if you're quick enough.

To the west of the waypoint is a forest area where a lot of Geo Slimes and Forest Boars spawn.

Guyun Stone Forest

Near the Domain in Guyun Stone Forest is an area with some Ruin Guard. You can try and get their photos then spawn out to avoid a battle with them.

While you're in the area, you can also take a picture of the Geo Hypostasis.

Mt. Hulao

Windrise

You can find at least 10-11 Snapdragon plants along the river near the Statue of the Seven in Windrise, allowing you to take photos in one go.

Mt. Hulao

On the top of Mt. Hulao, you can find 9 Cor Lapis spread out. You can also find 2 more on the way to the peak.

Mondstadt

Mondstadt

The easiest spot to get all 10 photos of Blue Items is just outside the wall of Mondstadt, where you can find 9 Dandelions and a Mint flower.

Oceanid

Dragonspine

You can find a lot of Cryo creatues all over the Dragonspine region. There are also some Cryo Crystalfly that count as blue creatures that you can use as a photo subject.

Dawn Winery

Along the water near Dawn Winery and on the path to Stone Gate you can find groups of Hydro and Cryo Slimes that you can take pictures of.

Oceanid

The Oceanid itself can be used as your photo subject, just be careful not to get hit while trying to take a picture.

Wangshu Inn

Qingce Village

Windrise

Near the giant tree in Windrise, you can find a lot of Windwheel Aster and Snapdragon to take photos of.

Wangshu Inn

On the path along Wangshu Inn are bushes of Silk Flowers. Each bush has 2 Silk Flowers you can take photos of.

Qingce Village

You can find bushes of Jueyun Chili all around Qingce Village as well. Each Jueyun Chili bush has 3, making it easy to collect lots of photos in one go.

Take Photos for Ji Tong

Ji Tong will ask you to take pictures of vibrant colorful subjects with his broken Kamera to see try and find out what's wrong with it. Collect the 5 different color photos and trade it with Ji Tong for rewards like Primogems and Mora.

To collect Photos a bit more easily, you can trade your photos with your friends. If you have extras of one of the five types, share or trade them with others!
