    There is another one shop in port osmos where you can buy this . Just find shop with npc named "Babak"

    "Dandelion Seed is a Mondstadt Regional Specialty used to ascend the characters Amber and Eula." should say "Jean and Eula."

    In case I was not clear enough. Go straight following the geography. There ar some bonfires (I think they are bonfires) lit after the fatui. Keep going south

    There are more near Dadaupa Gorge. Beginning at the post on the entrance to the mountain, go south and climb. Pass through the cicin mage and the fatui. Go straight until reaching the cliff.. Is right at the end. Some slimes will appear.

    Glory will ask for Dandelion Seeds for Reputation Requests... unfortunately I was lazy about collecting these in case I pulled Jean or Eula, and Glory slowly sapped my seeds. By the time I pulled Jean I only had enough for a few ascensions.
