The Dragon-Hunter's Great Katana is obtained by defeating the Ancient Dragon-Man at the Dragon's Pit. The Dragon's Pit is found southeast of the Castle Front Site of Grace in the Gravesite Plain.

How to Get Dragon-Hunter's Great Katana
1
To get to the Dragon's Pit, start at the Castle Front Site of Grace and follow the road southeast going to the Pillar Path Waypoint. Afterwards, go southwest then south until you reach the cave entrance of the Dragon's Pit. Enter the cave and then claim the location's Site of Grace.
2
From the Dragon's Pit Site of Grace, proceed forward until you are in a room full of Skeletons. Drop down to the lower area then proceed into the passage on the left.
3
At the end of the passage will be a room with a ravine. Turn left and follow the path to the other side past the Skeletons. Enter another narrow passage at the end of the path.
4
At the end of this passage will be a room with a slope going down to the bottom-left. Go down the slope until you reach a room with an altar and lots of candles.
5
In this room, go to the pit in front and drop down (you will take no fall damage) to reach the bottom where the entrance to the boss room is located.
