A new seasonal mechanic called the Chaos Perks has been introduced in Season 10. These perks can enhance the function of your Skills to provide additional effects that can help define your build.
Each class has access to a total of 16 Chaos Perks, containing 4 class-specific Chaos Perks and 3 of each Rarity for Magic, Rare, Legendary, and Unique perks. Do note that you can only equip 3 non-Unique Perks and 1 Unique Perk on your Chaos Perk slots.

Changes to the Infernal Horde activity, such as balanced Offerings, adjusting Monster populations, and immediately starting your run with an Infernal Offering have also been applied.
Aside from the Offering changes, they have also implemented a new Chaos wave that you can activate as you choose Offerings to bring more challenges. Keep in mind that pre-Torment difficulties will now use Fleeting Hordes, which is a modified version of Infernal Hordes that only contains 4 waves and two Fell Council bosses at the end.

Bartuc is a new boss with unique mechanics that can be specifically found in the Infernal Hordes of Season 10. Once you complete the final wave of an Infernal Hode, you now have a choice between fighting the Fell Council or spending your party's Aether to summon Bartuc.
Do note that although you have to spend Aether to summon him, the rewards you get for defeating Bartuc will drop on the ground like regular loot.

Chaos Armor is a new mechanic that allows Uniques to appear as other equipment types such as Helm, Chest, Gloves, Pants, and Boots.
In addition to equipment slot variety, their Unique effects and affixes are also enhanced to always roll at maximum Item Power, Unique Effect, and have at least one Greater Affix. Do note that you will not be able to equip the same Unique on different equipment slots between their Chaos and standard versions.

The Chaos Rifts are random portals that spawn throughout Helltides and Nightmare Dungeons to unleash additional Chaos monsters that can drop chaotic loot such as more XP, Gems, and Chaos Armor in Torment difficulties.
