You have 99% reduced Maximum Life but any damage you would take is dealt to your Mana before your Life. If you have not taken damage in the last 4 seconds, your Mana Regeneration is increased by 5,000%. You gain 200-400% increased Maximum Mana and each point of Intelligence increases your Maximum Mana by 1. |

Casting a Non-ultimate Skill has a 1% chance to invoke the Spirits of that Skill’s types which deal 100-200% increased damage. This chance is increased by 1% of your Ultimate Skill Damage, up to 10%. |

Specific Viz Jaq'taar Veneration reputation ranks in the Reputation Board at Yelesna rewards you with Chaos Perks from Magic, Rare, and Legendary rarities. Make sure to complete the Season 10 Questline so you can unlock all the Chaos Perks and reap their additional rewards at the same time.
How to Farm Viz Jaq'taar Veneration

In order to unlock Unique Chaos Perks, you first have to defeat Bartuc within the Infernal Hordes in Torment I or above difficulties. Do note that Unique Chaos Perks can drop randomly from defeating Bartuc so make sure you are well built to take him on multiple times.

You can upgrade your Chaos Perks at the Chaos Perks menu found by opening your Inventory and selecting the Chaos Perks option at the top right corner of your screen. These perks can be upgraded up to Rank 10 with the right amount of Infernal Warps to spend on each upgrade.

Chaos Perks are new seasonal powers in Season 10 that allows you to change how your class skills function. This can include various build-defining changes such as toggle Shouts for Barbarians, DoT crits for Necromancers, or Mana-Life conversion for Sorcerers.
Keep in mind that each class has access to a total of 16 Chaos Perks, containing 4 class-specific perks and 3 of each Rarity for Magic, Rare, Legendary, and Unique rarity Chaos Perks. Do note that you can only equip 3 non-Unique Perks and 1 Unique Perk on your Chaos Perk slots.
