The entrance to the Vault of the Crucible is located inside of in the Scorching Sands, Kehjistan. You can easily teleport inside the dungeon by marking it on your map through the Seasonal Ranking system.

Vault of the Crucible Mechanic
Stand on the Ice Pillars to gain Ice Aegis. Ice Aegis is a 10-second buff that allows you to bypass flame barriers within the dungeon, and gain protection from damage over time.
