(Amulet) |
Effect: You are always Berserking but take 200%[x] increased damage as Burning over 8 seconds. While Burning, Berserking grants an additional 75-125% increased damage. Drops: Duriel, Andariel, Harbinger of Hatred, Butcher |
 Wendigo Brand
(Ring) |
Effect: Every 15 kills in the last 30-60 seconds increases your damage dealt by 2%, and Maximum Health by 1%. Drops: Lord Zir, Butcher |
 Rustbitten Dirk
(Dagger) |
Effect: Deal 50-100% increased damage to isolated enemies. Drops: Grigoire, Butcher |
 Wyrdskin
(Gloves) |
Effect: Attacks apply Vulnerable to Distant Enemies, and Weakened to Close Enemies. Deal 10-30% increased damage to Enemies that are both Vulnerable and Weakened. Drops: Beast in Ice, Butcher |
 Thousand-Eye Reaver
(1H Axe) |
Effect: Moving grants Ferocity, and Maximum Ferocity is increased by 1-3. Ferocity also increases Movement Speed by 4-8% per stack. Drops: Lord Zir, Butcher |
Season 11 comes with one new unique for each existing class and various unique items for the newly added Paladin Class.
How to Get Season 11 Uniques
Defeat Uber Bosses
The best way to farm uniques is by defeating Lair bosses and opening their respective hoards. This is an effective farming strategy that should be streamlined once you reach Torment difficulty.
Open Helltide Chests
You also have a high chance of obtaining these new Uniques by opening Helltide Chests. Make sure to target chests that are the same piece as the equipment you're looking for to have as high a chance as possible!
Complete Nightmare Dungeons
The monsters you fight along the dungeon and the items you receive at completion also have a good chance of dropping these new uniques. Completing Nightmare Dungeons at higher levels grants a chance to get Distilled Fear, which is a crucial material to fight the Beast in the Ice.
Drops from Whispering Caches
Whispering Caches can now give unique equipment, so consider doing activities that will provide Tree of Whispers progress. Redeem the rewards once you have completed the objectives to get a chance to obtain unique items.
How to Complete the Tree of Whispers
Can Be Obtained By Gambling in the Purveyor of Curiosities
Similar to Whispering Caches, the Purveyor of Curiosities can now also drop Unique equipment as of patch 1.5.0 when gambling specific gear types. Determine which unique gear you want to obtain then gamble away for a chance to get your much needed Unique!
