Effect: You gain 3-5%[x] increased damage for each damaging Skill you have equipped, and an additional 6-10%[x] for 15 seconds when each of those Skills is used. Drops: Varshan, Urivar |
 Kilt of Blackwing
(Pants) |
Effect: Ravens deal 60-100%[x] increased damage and shapeshifting into a different form or activating a Companion Skill Summons a Raven that attacks nearby enemies. Summoning a Raven has a chance to call forth an Unkindness for 10 seconds, increasing the number of Ravens Summoned to 3 for the duration. Drops: Beast in Ice |
 Gospel of the Devotee
(Focus) |
Effect: Your Basic Skills are empowered. Damaging an enemy with a Basic Skill causes them to take 10-30%[x] increased damage from your other Basic Skills for 10 seconds. Drops: Varshan, Urivar |
 Orphan Maker
(Crossbow) |
Effect: Basic and Core skills that use this weapon now Reload. Reload Skills gain 250-300% increased damage and every 2nd Reload Skill gains twice this bonus. Drops: Lord Zir, Urivar |
 Galvanic Azurite
(Ring) |
Effect: Lightning damage leaves enemies magnetized for 4 seconds, causing them to emit Crackling Energy, and increase all Lightning damage they take from you by 40-60%[x]. If two magnetized enemies hit each other with Crackling Energy they pull each other together. Drops: Duriel, Andariel, Harbinger of Hatred |
 Hesha e Kesungi
(Gloves) |
Effect: The Protector can be invoked at range and pulls inward with its smashes. Enemies in its area take 30-50%[x] increased damage from your Gorilla Skills, doubled while they are Knocked Down or a Boss. Drops: Grigoire, Urivar |
How to Get Season 10 Uniques
Defeat Uber Bosses
The best way to farm uniques is by defeating Lair bosses and opening their respective hoards. This is an effective farming strategy that should be streamlined once you reach Torment difficulty.
Open Helltide Chests
You also have a high chance of obtaining these new Uniques by opening Helltide Chests. Make sure to target chests that are the same piece as the equipment you're looking for to have as high a chance as possible!
Complete Nightmare Dungeons
The monsters you fight along the dungeon and the items you receive at completion also have a good chance of dropping these new uniques. Completing Nightmare Dungeons at higher levels grants a chance to get Distilled Fear, which is a crucial material to fight the Beast in the Ice.
Drops from Whispering Caches
Whispering Caches can now give unique equipment, so consider doing activities that will provide Tree of Whispers progress. Redeem the rewards once you have completed the objectives to get a chance to obtain unique items.
How to Complete the Tree of Whispers
Can Be Obtained By Gambling in the Purveyor of Curiosities
Similar to Whispering Caches, the Purveyor of Curiosities can now also drop Unique equipment as of patch 1.5.0 when gambling specific gear types. Determine which unique gear you want to obtain then gamble away for a chance to get your much needed Unique!
