Rogue and Necromancer Cosmetics June 5 (4pm PDT) - June 11 (11:59pm PDT)
Sorcerer Cosmetics June 12 (12am PDT) - June 18 (11:59pm PDT)
Druid Cosmetics June 19 (12am PDT) - June 25 (11:59pm PDT)
Barbarian Cosmetics June 26 (12am PDT) - July 2 (11:59pm PDT)

To receive Diablo 4 Twitch Drops, you need to watch Diablo 4 content for a specific amount of hours from eligible Twitch channels on certain dates. In addition, there are several restrictions:

  • You can only earn drops on PC or Mac web browsers or the Twitch app for Android or iOS. Twitch apps on game consoles, smart TVs, and other TV apps do not support drops.
  • You won't progress faster by watching more than one channel at a time.
  • Users in China, Russia, and Belarus are ineligible to receive Diablo IV Twitch Drops.

Once you've watched enough hours of eligible Diablo 4 content, you can access obtained drops on your Twitch account by going to Drops and Rewards.
