Behelits are an event-exclusive currency used in the Berserk event collaboration of Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred (D4). Read on to learn more about how to farm Behelits and how to use them here!

Participate in Apparition Incursions
The best way to quickly farm Behelits is through Apparition Incursions as they spawn two Bosses and multiple Elite enemies in the shortest amount of time.
We recommend to target Bosses found in Sanctuary because they significantly drop more Behelits compared to Elite enemies that tend to only drop one but can still provide a good amount if you can kill multiple of them at the same time.
Apparition Incursions Explained
Clear Helltides
Helltides are regional events that can spawn tons of Elite enemies to easily acquire and farm Behelits. Make sure to summon the Blood Maiden using 3 Baneful Hearts as she can drop multiple Behelits per run.
Run Nightmare Dungeons
Running and completing Nightmare Dungeons will also give you a chance to get Behelits from the various Elites you encounter inside. Make sure to use your Nightmare Sigils as much as you can and try to include this in your farming rotations as it can still provide a good amount of Behelits, especially on higher Torment difficulties.
Complete Legion Events
Legion events are also a reliable way to farm Behelits as they can spawn multiple Elite enemies throughout the event. This event will also spawn a Boss at the end which can drop multiple Behelits to help complete the Berserk Reliquary.

In order to use your Behelits, you have to open your Berserk Reliquary and spend them on the cosmetics you want to claim. Try to farm as much Behelits as you can to claim all the Berserk-themed cosmetics the event reliquary has to offer.
