Killstreaks Guide
Kill Counter
Killstreaks are basically a tier of Kill Counters that are based on how fast you kill enemies. Killstreaks are marked by five distinct tiers based on your current streak's total:
| Tier | Kill Requirement |
|---|---|
| Killstreak | 15 |
| Carnage | 100 |
| Devastation | 250 |
| Bloodbath | 500 |
| Massacre | 1000 |
Killstreaks have a timer that shows how much time is left until your Killstreak ends. Once the timer depletes, your Killstreak ends and you gain XP and Seasonal reputation based on the total number of monsters slain during Killstreak with bonuses based on the tier of Killstreak reached.
Tied to Bloodied Items
Killstreaks are tied to Bloodied Affixes from Bloodied Items. Bonuses received from Bloodied Affixes are based on the current Killstreak tier and total kills from the current Killstreak.

Continue Killing in Helltides
Helltides are a prime activity for raising your Killstreaks as a large region transforms into a hellscape filled with enemies that you can hunt or spawn in your location.
Additionally it's easier to raise your Killstreaks in Helltide if you have a Meaty Offering for the Shrine of Slaughter which turns you into the Butcher. This allows you to easily clear mob groups and traverse the area at high speed.
Massacre Towns in Slaughterhouses
Slaughterhouses are a dungeon-like activity where you transform into the Butcher for the entire run. Your targets are the main towns of Sanctuary, where you will face off against Wanderers of all classes as well as the townsfolk militia.
