Bloodied and Blood-Soaked Sigils Explained
Stronger Activity Variants
Introduced in Season 12: Season of Slaughter, Bloodied and Blood-Soaked Sigils are stronger variants of Nightmare Sigils, Lair Boss Hoards, and Infernal Horde Compasses. These sigils increase enemy damage and defenses while also spawning an empowered Butcher that relentlessly hunts you throughout the dungeon.
The added difficulty comes with significantly better loot, including guaranteed Bloodied items.
Season 12 Guide and New Features
Bloodied Sigils Scales One Torment Higher
Bloodied Sigils are tuned to feel like one Torment tier higher than your current difficulty. For example, running a Torment 1 Bloodied Sigil will feel closer to Torment 2, so your character should be prepared for the next tier before attempting them.
Blood-Soaked Sigils Have Pit 100 Enemies
Blood-Soaked Sigils are the most challenging variant. They function like Bloodied Sigils but scale enemies to roughly Pit 100 stats, making them suitable only for optimized endgame builds. In return, they offer even greater rewards.
Guaranted Bloodied Gear Rewards
Completing Bloodied Activities guarantees gear with Bloodied Affixes that activates during Kill Streaks, adding powerful seasonal bonuses.
Only Accessible in Torment Difficulties
Although Bloodied Sigils can be obtained early through the Brutality Board or seasonal rewards, they can only be used in Torment difficulties. Additionally, because of the increased challenge, you should be comfortable with Torment 2 content before attempting Torment 1 Bloodied Sigils.
How to Get Bloodied and Blood-Soaked Sigils
Random Drop From Enemies on Torment 1 and Above
On Torment 1 difficulty and above, Bloodied Sigils can drop randomly from any activity. To increase your chances, invest into the Urn of Bloodied Key Season Blessing, which boosts the likelihood of finding extra Bloodied Activity Keys.
Rewards From the Brutality Board and Season Objectives
Bloodied Sigils can be obtained as early as Rank 4 Brutality from the Brutality Board. In addition, Reward Caches from Season Rank Objectives may also contain Bloodied Sigils, though they may not be usable until you can clear Torment 2 dungeons.
