What are Bloodied Sigils?

Harder Dungeons with Special Affixes

Bloodied Sigil

Bloodied Sigils have the special Relentless Butcher affix, which makes all enemies tougher and continuously spawns a Butcher. This affix does not affect the spawn rate of a normal Butcher, creating a chance that both Butchers can spawn at once.

Bloodied Sigils are also exclusive in Torment difficulty and appear on Nightmare Dungeons, Infernal Hordes, and Lair Bosses.

How to Get Bloodied Sigils

Guaranteed From the PTR Merchant

As of the Season 12 PTR, you can obtain guaranteed Bloodied Sigils from the PTR merchant. Other than the merchant, these sigils are random drops from events and nightmare dungeons.
