Players can earn free cosmetics by watching Diablo 4 (D4) content or purchasing subscriptions on Twitch as part of Season 9: Sins of the Horadrim! Read on to see all Diablo 4 Twitch Drops and how to claim them on Twitch.
Diablo 4 Twitch Drops and Free Cosmetics
Glensoul Arbalest Crossbow Transmog
From July 1 to July 19, celebrate the launch of Season 9: Sins of the Horadrim with the community by watching at least 3 hours of any stream under the Diablo IV category on Twitch and receive the Glensoul Arbalest Crossbow transmog for the Rogue cosmetic item.

Vessel of Hatred or Any Diablo IV Edition NOT Required
Any special editions of Diablo IV or the Vessel of Hatred expansion is not required to receive this Twitch Drop.
How to Claim Diablo 4 Twitch Drops

Log In or Create a Twitch Account
You will need a Twitch account to get any of the Twitch Drops! You can log in or create an account with the button below:
Twitch Log In / Sign Up Screen
Connect Your Twitch Account to Your Battle.Net Account
Go to the Account Settings tab of your Battle.Net account and select the Connections tab.
Under Connected Accounts, click on + Connect next to the Twitch account. This will take you to the Twitch site allowing you to connect your Twitch account with your Battle.Net account.
Watch or Purchase Subs for a Diablo 4 Stream on Twitch
Watch or purchase subscriptions for any streamer under the Diablo 4 category on Twitch. Make sure to check if the stream has a Drops Enabled tag below the title and if a pop-up message appears above the chat box.
Note that after watching a streamer for 3 hours, you will need to claim the first drop before you can start earning progress for the next drop.
Click on Your Twitch Inventory to Claim Drops
Once you have reached a reward goal, you will receive a notification at the top of the page. Click the chest icon on the top-right corner to access the Twitch Inventory screen and claim the rewards from there.
Once you claim your rewards, you can expect them to appear in your game as part of your Wardrobe.
