Head to the College of Light located in the Fractured Peaks region. It can be found by going south west of Kyovashad.

Speak to Hadriel
Speak with Hadriel inside the Heavenly Forge to finish the quest. You can talk to him to hear more dialogue, but you can leave as soon as you select the option to finish the quest.

Hadriel's Divine Missive

Defeat Lesser Evils
Earn Divine Favor by battling Lesser Evils throughout Sanctuary. You can earn Divine Favor by participating in Helltides, completing Kurast Undercity runs, finishing Legion events in Hawezar, or finishing Pit runs.

How to Unlock Season 11 Quests

Speak with Hadriel in the College of Light

Diablo 4 How to Unlock Season 11 Questline

Speak to Hadriel in the College of Light to start the Season 11 questline. He will task you to combat the lesser evils that have appeared all over sanctuary, and you will be rewarded with Divine Favor upon defeating monsters within the activity.

Finish The Campaign to Unlock the Story

Use a Seasonal Character

You can access the Season 11 questline by completing the epilogue from the game's main storyline. However, any seasonal character can immediately access the Season Journey and the Battle Pass.

Players who have access to Vessel of Hatred must first complete the prologue of the expansion to access the Season 11 questline.

You Can Skip The Campaign

Skip the Campaign

Once you've completed the campaign on any of your characters, you are eligible to skip the entire campaign when creating new characters. This feature also carries over to new Seasonal Characters that you create, allowing you to immediately access the new content without playing through the main story.

Note that players who own the Vessel of Hated expansion can also choose to skip the entire campaign of the expansion.

Seasonal Character

You can only access the Season 11 content by using a character from the Seasonal Realm. This means that you have to create a new Seasonal Character.
