Season 11 was released on December 12, 2025, right after the end of Season 10. This new season introduces the new seasonal mechanics, uniques and and changes to itemization.
Season 11 New Features and Updates

New Seasonal Mechanic: Divine Gifts
Divine Gifts are the new seasonal mechanic introduced in Season 11 that allows you to modify your gameplay and progression, offer rewards and boons, and deal debuffs.
You can slot a total of 8 Divine Gifts. Slotting a Divine Gift in the inner circle will activate Purified Gift, which will offer boons, while slotting in the outer circle will activate Corrupted Gift, which will grant a debuff.
The Divine Gift triggers its reward bonus when slotted, regardless of whether they're in the inner or outer circle.
New Seasonal Activity: Lesser Evil's Invasions
Bosses like Belial, Duriel, Andariel, and Azmodan can now invade different activities in Sanctuary. Duriel can now spawn in Helltides, Andariel can ambush you in Kurast Undercity, while Belial now appears as a boss in The Pit. For Azmodan, you can summon and fight him at will by using materials obtained from the Lesser Evils to summon him near Zarbinzet.
Itemization Updates
Season 11 also brings changes to how items work. This includes changes to Tempering and Masterworking, and a new feature called Sanctification. These changes will make gearing easier and give a bigger boost when reaching the item cap.
Renown and Season Ranking Updates
Renown no longer transfers in the seasonal realm. Instead, bonuses like Skill Points and Paragon points can be earned through the Season Ranking, formerly Season Journey.
Capstone Dungeons Return
Capstone Dungeons return with 5 new capstone dungeons, unlocking difficulties from Penitent onwards. Although there are suggested levels for these dungeons, it is important to note that their difficulties do not scale to your level.
You can now step into Torment Difficulty without reaching the maximum level.
Leaderboards Return: The Tower
Leaderboards return alongside the new Tower Activity. Like The Pit, the tower is a new timed multi-dungeon activity. Leaderboard ranking will be determined by the Tower tier and time completed.
New World Boss: Azmodan
The first new world boss added is Azmodan. You can summon Azmodan at will through the shrine south of Zarbinzet.
The shrine will have three altars with ties to Duriel, Andariel, and Belial. Each altar will invoke Azmodan with powers borrowed from these bosses.

For Season 11, 6 new Uniques have been added, one for each class. These can help bring new build options and playstyles to synergize with your playthrough.
