Duriel Helltide InvasionDuriel Helltide Invasion
Duriel has invaded the Helltides and replaced the Blood Maiden for Season 11. Once you reach the maximum threat level during a Helltide event, Pangs of Duriel will spawn and may drop the Baneful Heart upon their defeat.
You can use Baneful Hearts to summon Duriel in the same way that you summon the Blood Maiden. There is a chance that a Corrupted Horn of Duriel will drop after you defeat him.

Andariel Kurast Undercity Invasion
Andariel will invade the Kurast Undercity and spawn shades that decrease your overall time. She will also modify Spirit Beacons, making them deadlier but granting more attunement progression than usual.
Andariel may appear as the final boss, replacing the Pit Boss. If you defeat her, she may drop the Corrupted Claw of Andariel.

Belial Pit Invasion
Belial will invade the Pit of the Artificer and replace any Pit Boss at the end of the run. You can set Belial as a Pit Boss if you destroy multiple Green Eyes in a single Pit run.
Do this if you want to farm the Corrupted Eye of Belial, as he can drop the eye upon his defeat.

Azmodan Invasion
Azmodan has returned to Sanctuary and can be fought at any time in the Fields of Desecration at Zarbinzet. After defeating him, you can open any lesser evil hoard using any of the corrupted essence you collected beforehand.
Can Be Fought as a World Boss
You can also fight Azmodan as a World Boss during one of the regularly scheduled World Boss spawns. After defeating him, you can turn in all the Corrupted Tongues of Azmodan you have collected.

Invasions Explained
Modified In-Game Activities
Invasions modify existing activities as they are influenced by the respective Lesser Evil that has invaded them. Completing an Invasion can spawn a Lesser Evil, which can drop an exclusive corrupted essence as a reward.
Invasions are also the best way to farm seasonal reputation, which offers numerous rewards per rank that you attain, which can be claimed in the Heavenly Forge by speaking to Hadriel.
