Season 10 released on September 23, 2025 at 10 AM PST, right after the end of Season 9. This new season introduces the new seasonal mechanics, uniques and an overhaul on the Infernal Hordes.

Chaos Perks
Chaos Perks are new seasonal powers that allow players to change how their class skills function. Each class has 4 class-specific perks, with 3 of each Rarity for Magic, Rare, Legendary, and Unique.
The Best Builds Are Enabled by Chaos Perks
The introduction of Chaos perks has enabled new and more powerful builds, firmly establishing its dominance in the current meta, such as the Sorcerer Ice Hydra Build. Builds that utilize Chaos perks are much more powerful than previous seasons', enabling higher Pit pushing.

Chaos Rifts
Chaos Rifts are like Events that has chances to spawn during Helltides or in Nightmare Dungeons. Chaos Rifts are a prime way of farming Chaos Armor and Infernal Warps, which is a currency used for upgrading Chaos Perks.
Infernal Horde Reborn
The Infernal Horde Reborn is a rework on the Infernal Hordes. A pre-torment difficulty called the Fleeting Hordes that has a maximum of 4 waves will be available, along with the new Chaotic Offerings that have chances to appear after every wave.

New Boss: Bartuc
Bartuc is a new alternative Final Boss in the Infernal Hordes. After clearing the final wave, players can proceed to fight The Council or Bartuc, the Lord of Chaos. If you choose to fight Bartuc, all players will need to deposit 666 Aether
Bartuc Location and How to Beat
Chaos Armor
Chaos Armor or Chaos Uniques are enhanced versions of existing Unique equipment that can appear as either a Helm, Chest, Gloves, Pants, or Boots. These items will always drop at max Item Power and have at least one Greater Affix.
You can obtain Chaos armor through various in-game activities or as a reward from Greater Infernal Caches.
