1 | After talking to Palina and Irida near the Beachside Camp, head to Firespit Island at the northeastern corner of the Cobalt Coastlands. The Plate of Firespit Island Walkthrough |
2 | If you haven't unlocked the Molten Arena base camp, you use your Hisuan Braviary to fly or Basculegion swim to the island. |
3 | Enter the Altar of the Cauldron cavern and prepare to face Heatran! |
4 | Heatran has a fire barrier that must be destroyed with Balls of Mud before you can get close to it and send out a Pokemon to fight it. Get too close and you'll get hurt! |
5 | Take advantage of Heatran's weaknesses to Ground, Water, and Fighting type moves. Paralyzing or putting Heatran to sleep is recommended once weakened to make catching it easier! |
