One of the three main clues is the Random Number Selector. Apparently, the device is bugged and it always ends up picking the same number multiple times.
To find this clue, talk to Quentin, who is talking to another Garde named Vaughn at the left side of the opera house stage.

The second clue would be the Strange Sound heard during the Magic Show. A large thud can be heard in the middle of the countdown Lyney asked the audience to perform.
To add this to the Court Record, talk to Esildor, located at the right side facing the stage, between the second and third rows of seats.

The third clue is Tristane's testimony about the Entrances and Exits to the Opera House. She says she was on guard duty at the time of the incident, and did not see anyone suspicious roaming around.
To find Tristane, go out of the Opera Hall, and into the main entrance. After a cutscene meeting Navia, go to the entrance of the Opera House where Tristane is located.
At the beginning of the quest, the Traveler will be given a Quest Item called the "Opera House Switcheroo" Case Record, which records all details about the investigation.
If there are new clues and developments discovered duringt the investigation, a small tab will appear in the middle of the informatio tab mentioning that the record has been updated with new information.
The Case Record can also be accessed in the middle of a dialogue scene during the investigation. Pay close attention to the top right corner of the screen when talking to people about the investigation, as the icon for the Case Record can be seen there.
The Perception Skill is an exclusive Skill replacing your usual Skills during the investigation. It reveals people and things the Traveler can interact with that are closely related to the case.
While wholly optional to the quest, take advantage of the Perception Skill and collect as many clues as possible to gather more information!
If the Traveler has already interacted with someone shown using the Perception Skill, a green checkmark will be visible above their name and title. This will make keeping track of things during the investigation a lot easier.
You can do the Opera House Investigation during the Archon Quest Chapter 4, Act 1 of Genshin Impact's Main Story.
This is the starting mission of the Lies Cast Shadows Under Guided Lights Quest, and automatically starts after a cutscene.
