I use this weapon for Xiao as a F2P player and I don't have a better weapon and it works pretty well, brings my ATK from 1k base atk with the default weapon to 2270 ATK and my crit rate and dmg is pretty good, so tbh you can use it on DPS as well if you dont have any crit dmg/rate polearms

Yes with glided and this weapon My cyno with reaction Have 379 em with 2.2k atk after buff 60/156 and dmg is pretty decent
Continuing on from my previous comment (exceeded character limit), it is a good choice for Xiangling if you run Raiden National. When running Dragon's Bane on Xiangling, she struggles to balance both ER and ATK as the weapon gives EM, which takes a lower priority. Her ER needs are resolved by both Bennett and Raiden, hence Missive Windspear can help alleviate ATK needs better.
I don't think so, The increase in Burst Damage and Burst Crit Rate is too much to give up, considering that all the electro NAs and CAs she does are considered Burst Damage. She also benefits from the ER substat of The Catch via one of her ascension talents as well as Emblem of Severed Fate 4 pc set bonus, which increases Burst damage based on ER. However, Missive Windspear is by no means a bad weapon for her, just outclassed by The Catch, which is broken.
I think this weapon's surplus of ATK allows her to run an ER sands, also Xiangling is usually played in reverse vaporize teams so I don't see her triggering the passive being too much of a problem. I am aware of snapshotting, but wouldn't guoba (her skill) be able to trigger the passive?
is this good for the raiden shogun? she deals far more dmg after her elemental skill is cast and the description says that it’s boosted so it seems good
Both of those are situational. You use fac on ros if you need ER for her and for the team. Bane on xiangling is only used when she's doing reverse vaporise. This is just an ATK% buff with a touch of EM on the side. ATK% weapons always fall behind to specialized ones
Is it better than favonius lance for rosaria? Or better than dragon's bane for xiangling?
Is this a good F2P weapon for Cyno?
I don't think so. She will not benefit from atk stats which this weapon focuses on. The only useful thing here is EM, but dragon's bane gives more than twice + good passive effect. I see it being good for xiangling, but she would have some problems with procking its passive and also need additional ER stats on her artifacts.
Good for Hu tao?
unless you have high constellation as she doesn't proc reactions as well as other potential users. She could still make use of it but perhaps not as efficiently as others.
Gotta admit it's a good weap for Shenhe for more ATK%
Although not quite effective, but this spear is good for Hu Tao too I think.
