How to Solve Melodic Harp Puzzles

Melodic Harp is a Guitar-like statue that can fire notes when it's active! The Melodic Bloom, a Gramophone-like mechanism, will catch the notes and fire it to another Melodic Bloom in succession until it reaches a target!

The target can be a sealed chest or a door and more!

Adjust Melodic Bloom Orientation

Depending on the puzzle, Melodic Blooms can adjust their head faces in a fixed direction suited for the puzzle. It can be adjusted to face up, down, left, right, and center!

How to Solve Melodic Pedal Puzzles

Melodic Pedals are purple platforms that can either allow you to travel distances or activate a Melodic Harp. To solve the Melodic Pedal Puzzles, you just need to follow the patch correctly and leave no pedal untouched!

How to Unlock Melodic Harp Puzzles

To unlock the Broken Isle Melodic Harp Puzzles and the Melodic Pedal Puzzles, you need to complete Xinyan's Event Quest, Blazin' Trails, during the Summertime Odyssey Event!

Melodic Harp Puzzle 1

Location
Solution

This Melodic Harp Puzzle can be found between the middle and east mountain of the Pudding Isle. The solution is fairly straightforward. Simply turn the Melodic Bloom away from the Melodic Harp and point it towards the other Melodic Bloom.

Melodic Harp Puzzle 2

Location
Solution	Step 1: Use the Melodic Harp at the base of the mountain to glide all the way up.
	Step 2: Follow the Bird until it turns into a chest at the bottom of the mountain.
	Step 3: Go back to the drum and make the East mountain small.
	Step 4: Go up the small mountain and activate the Melodic Harp.

This Melodic Harp puzzle can only be solved by first inerracting with the Dream Form Animal (Crane) on top of the the Tall style East Mountain. After it becomes a chest (by following it), go to the drum and change the east mountain style to small. Then claim your chest by going back up the mountain and interracting with the Melodic Harp!

Melodic Harp and Pedal Puzzle 3

Location
Solution	Step 1: Complete the Melodic Pedal puzzle to activate Melodic Harp.
	Step 2: Step on the Pedals based in this order.
	Step 3: Change the angle orientation of the furthest Melodic Bloom.

This Melodic harp is found at the top right mountain on the Broken Isle, up on the wooden platforms. The Melodic Harp for this puzzle will only activate after solving the Melodic Pedals. After solving it, adjust the second Melodic Bloom to get the chest!

Melodic Harp Puzzle 4

Location
Solution	Step 1: Adjust the leftmost Melodic Bloom then Activate the Melodic Harp.

This Melodic Harp, found at the base of the middle mountain, is very straightforward. Point the Melodic Blooms in a clockwise rotation then activate the Melodic Harp to get your reward! You do not need to change the mountain style for this puzzle.

Melodic Harp and Pedal Puzzle 5

Location
Solution	Step 1: Defeat the Hilichurls near the Melodic Harp. Then step on the Melodic Pedals to unlock the Melodic Harp!
	Step 2: Step on the Melodic Pedals in the correct pattern until you reach the last two ones.
	Step 3: Step on the last two Melodic Pedals to activate the Melodic Harp.
	Step 4: Activate the Time Trial Challenge to collect Anemo Particles.
	Step 5: Use the Melodic Harp to activate the Wind Rings
	Step 6: Ride the Wind Rings to catch 6 Anemo Particles! A Normal Chest will spawn as a reward afterwards.

This Melodic Puzzle is needed to solve the time trial found right next to the Melodic Harp. You will need to solve Melodic Pedals in order to enable the Melodic Harp and activate the gust of wind.

Melodic Harp and Pedal Puzzle 6

Location
Solution	Step 1: The Melodic Harp is not active you need to activate it using the Melodic Pedals.
	Step 2: Once you step on the Melodic Pedals, just walk from Pedal to Pedal as it floats towards each other!
	Step 3: The Melodic Harp is now active you can choose between two puzzles to solve: The Normal Chest Locked by Notes or the Time Trial Challenge!
	Step 4: Note Locked Normal Chest Guide To get the normal chest you need to adjust the orientation of the Melodic Bloom by the large Boulder to face the right side.
	Step 5: After that you can press Perform on the Melodic Harp to unlock the Note Locked Normal Chest!
	Step 6: Anemo Particle Time Trial Challenge Adjust the Melodic Bloom Facing the Normal Chest to face backward then adjust the Allegro Bloom to face upwards.
	Step 7: Head back to the Melodic Harp to activate a wind current and a Wind Ring!
	Step 8: Activate the Time Trial Challenge to collect 12 Anemo Particles.
	Step 9: Ride the Wind Current and the Wind Ring from the Allegro Bloom up to get the particles.
	An Exquisite Chest will spawn after getting all 12 particles!

This is a 2 part Melodic Harp puzzle that can only be solved by changing the Mountain Style to have a Tall Mountain on the west side!

Melodic Harp Puzzle 7

Location
Solution	Step 1: Point the Melodic Blooms for the note to travel in similarly to the blue outline.

This Medodic Harp Puzzle can be found at the west side of Broken Isle only if the west mountain is set to tall. It's a fairly straightforward Puzzle if you follow the orientation of the Melodic Blooms like in the image above.

Melodic Harp and Pedal Puzzle 8

Location
Solution	Step 1: Solve the Melodic Pedal Puzzle to activate the Melodic Harp.
	Step 2: Change the Melodic Bloom orientation to towards the rocks.

This Melodic Harp Puzzle can be found Northwest of the Broken Isle. You will need to solve the simple Melodic Pedal puzzle first to activate the Melodic Harp!

Melodic Harp Puzzle 9

Location
Solution	Step 1: Enter the short mountain on the West through the cave found near the beach.
	Step 2: Remove the water by activating the fire torches, you can refer to our Broken Isle Pyro Totem Guide for a more in-depth guide! There will be two totems you need to de-activate
	Step 3: After draining the water, activate the Melodic Harp to unlock the chest in the middle. We need the chest gone in order to access the 3 precious chest!
	Step 4: Open the cage where you found the last Pyro Torch. You will need to go back here after changing the West mountain to a tall one.
	Step 5: After changing the west mountain to tall style Go south of the middle mountain and head to the cave near the beaches. You will find a door to the undeground Melodic Harp there.
	Step 6: Arrange the Melodic Blooms for the note to travel like in the reference above. The note will lead straight to the note block and you will get 3 precious chests!

This Melodic Puzzle has the most rewards in the Broken Isle! It will require solving Pyro Monuments Puzzle.

Melodic Harp Puzzle 10

Location
Solution	Change the Mountain Style to one on the map with the Tall West Mountain.
	Glide inside the wind barrier and open the Normal Chest to remove the wind barrier.
	Get on the Melodic Pedal to activate the Melodic Harp. Follow the Correct Steps in the first set of pedals.
	Let the Pedal take you to the next set of steps and follow the correct steps.
	Follow another set of Pedals and then allow it to bring your back to the Melodic Harp.
	Adjust the first Melodic Bloom to face forwards.
	Adjust the next Melodic Bloom to face forward too.
	The last two Melodic Bloom does not need to be adjusted, so head back to the Melodic Harp and activate it!
	You can grab the locked Normal Chest aftwards!
