18		Charm: Defeat the Skirmishers in the area to get the charms around the 9th charm. It's under a small tent.

25		Charm: From the 5th location just continue forward until you reach the location. The charm is on a small ledge.

27		Chest: Found nearby a broken boat and protected by a Cryo Cicin Mage.
28		Charm: The charm is near a Fatui Skirmisher camp in between two tree. You need to climb it in order to get it.
29		Chest: Found by climbing up the hill on the east side of the Lake.
30		Chest: Located nearby a tent and on a snowy part of a hill.
31		Charm: The charm is on a bone near a Cryo Abyss Mage. Defeat the Cryo Abyss Mage from a far and the Hydro Abyss Mage that will appear once you're near the small island.

Path of Austere Frost is the third Path in the Moonlight Merriment event, the Moonlight Seeker. Moonlight Seeker has three paths, each corresponding to an area in Liyue, Mondstadt, and Dragonspine.

How to Avoid Sheer Cold Damage

Bring Pyro Characters to light fires and ward off the Sheer Cold. Bringing Goulash and Warming Bottles with you will also help you greatly!
