The 4 piece is not 100% increase, in fact it’s only a mere 50% as your only doubling the 2 piece set (25% x2). The text on the set is overly complicated.

This 4 piece set is superior to Shimenawa for Physical Keqing and it's not even listed on her page. The final DPS is the same, but this set can easily achieve 100% uptime, Shimenawa can't, this 2 piece is better should they both not be up and lastly she can still use her Burst for the extra 15 crit rate for 8s while using this set. Shimenawa is only better if you or a party member accidentally infuse yourself with elemental damage, which does happen, lol.

Mix this artifact with Bloodstained Chivalry and it's 50% physical bonus. add it on Razor and put him in Valley of Remembrance and it's around 150% physical damage

When it says 'an' elemental skill.. does that count an element skill other then active character? I wanna run 4 set mililith albedo and 4 set Keqing together but idk if that elemental skill buff works for her well.

does the 4-piece set bonus stack? For example, if i use 2 characteres with pale flame and activate both it's bonus simultaneously then would I be able to achieve 100% phys dmg bonus and 36% atk bonus for 7s?

Yo does this full set beat 4p Glad for Razor? It's not really consistent though it seem cuz you need to hit 2-times skill to the enemy to get ATK +18%. Also, about 4set Pale effect where it increase 2p effect to 100%: does it mean Phy Dmg +25% change to +100%? Or Phy Dmg +25% + 100% = Phy Dmg 125%? Or just double the effect: Phy Dmg +50%?
