Isnt eye of perception better for Wriothesley then? Higher attack bonus and its "bolt" bounce "between opponents", same attack percantage for passive Strike (360%). Just lower chance... but honestly, he is dps: 50% is decent chance - while not needing cryo afflicion, if there is a different element sub-dps.

If you are confused about the passive, assuming the character has 2000 ATK, it will deal 80% of 2000 as AOE damage to an enemy not affected by cryo = 1600 DMG; otherwise it will deal 200% of 2000 on an enemy affected by cryo = 4000 DMG. This has a 60% chance of happening once every 10 seconds when using normal and charged attacks. This relatively low bonus damage scaling is why the passive isn’t terribly useful on any of the Dragonspine weapons.

Question: Is the Ice drop the thing dealing 200% ATK damage or is any enemy affected by cryo taking 200% ATK damage by the Catalyst user?
I guess you meant Wriothesley looks like was made for Frostbearer. Frostbearer existed long before Wriothesley did.

They made wriothesleys weapon ugly af bc they knew it could never top this
Works on Wriothesley. Not the best, but an easy catalyst to get if you don't have Widsith / the midlander billets for Flowing Purity / something else geared toward Normal Attack DPS
This should work for Charlotte as well
Wriothesley is coming out soon. This might just be for him.
i really thought mika would be the cryo catalyst we were all waiting for
this is great on Wanderer, equip this and Rosaria, Layla for extra crit + dmg.
when cryo catalyst comes out this will actually be useful
