Checkmark Reach Ah Bulan in the Spirit Realm

Reach Ah Bulan in the Spirit Realm

Objective
1 Speak to Maka to begin the ritual to open the spirit realm portal. Afterwards, interact with the portal then speak to Eru.
2 Travel through the spirit realm until you reach Ah Bulan. Speak to Ah Bulan to find out what troubles him, and prepare to fight him. Speak to Maka after fighting Ah Bulan to complete the quest.

How to Beat Ah Bulan

Checkmark Kill His Clones Fast

Avoid His Spirit Orbs and Slow Orbs

Avoid Ah Bulan
Ah Bulan has two types of projectiles. His spirit orbs will revolve around him, a hit from this orb will make you vulnerable, making you take more damage. Ah Bulan's slow orbs on the other hand fly outwards from his position, when they land they create an area that applies slow to you, making you open for his physical attacks.

Stay Behind Him

Stay Behind Ah Bulan
Most if not all of Ah Bulan's attacks land in front of him, evading through his attacks and repositioning to his rear gives you the advantage of avoiding his attacks.

Kill His Clones Fast

Kill Ah Bulan
Kill Ah Bulan's clones fast to open him up for damage. Ah Bulan will summon his clones throughout the fight, he will remain invincible while his clones remain active.
