To unlock the A Flickering Light main quest, you'll first need to complete the story's previous main quest Reaching Through the Veil.

| 1 | Head to Travincal which is south from Onucha Ikha Burial then talk to Eru there. |
| 2 |  Follow Eru then defend him while he conduts the ritual. |
| 3 | Continue following Eru around Travincal while defeating the hollows that approach you. |
| 4 | Defend Eru once again while he attempts to light the beacon. |
