To unlock The Way Out is Through main quest, you'll first need to complete the story's previous main quest Burning Crusade.

Checkmark Head To the Tangles
Checkmark Bring Neyrelle to Samuk

Head To the Tangles

Objective
1 Speak to Neyrelle in Kurast and travel through the Tangles to Samuk.
2 Survive the Hollow Assault
Head to the objective marker then speak to Neyrelle. Afterward, survive the Hollow Assault and then speak to Neyrelle again.

Bring Neyrelle to Samuk

Objective
1 Tipping Tree
Find a way to cross by heading north of the broken bridge and interact with the tipping tree.
Slay the wood wraiths that appear and attack the tipping tree to bring it down.
2 Thick Knot
Destroy the thick knots to gain access to Samuk. Afterwards, follow the path until you reach the objective marker.
3 Find Neyrelle
Speak to Neyrelle after reaching the objective marker, she will then disappear. Find Neyrell by circling the path in the Befouled Clearing, she can be found near a corrupted corpse.
4 Defeat the Priestess of Hatred, then head to the objective marker to reach Samuk.
