I’m not spawning a 3rd flower could this be because I’ve used my mount in the blue area? As suggested with the dungeon bug

I'm experiencing a similar bug, though rather than the dungeon not spawning (which I'm also experiencing) Anita never spawns in the first place. She didn't run out when I beat the demons and she's not by the tree. Current objective is "speak with the frightened girl" but she doesn't exist. No blue marker to indicate where she even should be.
I abandoned and restarted the quest but - instead of using my mount to get to the cave location, I walked. Somehow, riding your mount kind of bugs the quest - happened with another quest earlier.

okay yeah third time's the charm, ran out to meet Aneta after she ran out of her house entirely on foot and, with quite a bit of lag, ended up getting through the quest. good luck, everyone!
I toured the area 5 times, restarted the quest and it did the same thing... I'll try leaving the city to chase her without a mount like anon suggested but honestly I'm not sure if I care to pick those flowers again
Cancel, start again and go to the point WITHOUT MOUNT.
Redoing the quest and walking to the cave fixed it for me. I figured lag on the horse might be the issue.
I had to abandon it twice for the dungeon to appear, finally got it to work on the 3rd attempt.
The first time I ran to Anita, I heard the people shout: you damn .... but didn't see a blue point. I rode left not straight ahead also had to abort the mission and start over. but then it worked

I can not find the Dungeon. I am standing in front of the waterfall, I see that it looks like a dungeon, I see other players enter the dungeon. But I can not see it, I can not enter it.
