How to Get Spiritomb
Start the Eerie Apparitions in the Night Request
Once you have defeated the Noble Kleavor, return to Jubilife Village and speak to Commander Kamado. After a few cutscenes play out, Vessa will beckon the player at night as they head back to their home.
Vessa will give the player an Odd Keystone and ask you to collect the first Wisp from across the river. After you retrieve the Wisp, Vessa will approach you and give you the request Eerie Apparitions in the Night. You will have to find all 107 Wisps scattered across the Hisui region.

Get Spiritomb as a reward for collecting all Wisps
Upon collecting all 107 Wisps and receiving the 108th Wisp in a cutscene, the Odd Keystone key item will release Spiritomb, and the player will have a chance to catch it.
As this is the only confirmed method to encounter Spiritomb, players must complete this sidequest in order to complete the entire Pokedex.
