Electirizers can be purchased at the Trading Post for 1400 Merit Points. Merit Points can be gained by picking up lost satchels.

Electirizers can sometimes be found on the ground in Space-Time Distortion Zones. Be sure to pick up all items you find there, as you can turn a large profit!
