Mesprit can be found inside a cavern in the middle of Lake Verity at Obsidian Fieldlands. It is one of three Pokemon you need to capture to complete Mission 21: Plate of the Lakes.
Steps to Encounter Mesprit in Alabaster Icelands | |
---|---|
1 | Accept Mission 21: Plate of the Lakes from Cogita. |
2 | Travel to Obsidian Fieldlands, then go to the Fieldlands Camp. |
3 | Head for Lake Verity. Get to high ground using the surrounding walls of the lake, then use your Hisuian Braviary to glide down to the middle of the lake and enter the cavern. |
4 | Once inside the cavern, Mesprit will spawn. The battle will start once you throw a Pokemon at it. Using Pokemon with Dark, Bug, or Ghost type moves will quickly lower Mesprit's health. |
5 | Be sure to capture the Pokemon once it's weakened! |
If you take down Mesprit, you can simply just exit Lake Verity, head to a base camp to rest, and go back to Mesprit's location. You will find that Mesprit is back and is ready for another round!
Conversely, fighting Mesprit repeatedly can be a good chance to rack up some EXP.
