Ashava sometimes has an issue where it will not spawn at the correct time across multiple servers during the Diablo 4 (D4) Open Beta. Read on to learn more about the Ashava respawn bug affecting players of the beta!
Does Ashava Have a Bugged Spawn?
Previous Bug is Fixed Now
Diablo 4's community director confirmed on twitter that the beta world boss, Ashava, was previously bugged and not spawning at the correct times at the Crucible area of Fractured Peaks.
However, instances of Ashava since then have arrived at the newly scheduled times and it should appear as expected. If Ashava is not appearing for you, please let us know in the comments!

Developer are Shipping Out Fixes for the Spawn Bug
Diablo developers have started shipping out fixes for the spawn bugs, with servers confirmed to now have the world boss spawned in alongside a timer that signals when the will World Event start. You will know if Ashava the Pestilent is available in your server, if a monstrous mouth has spawned in the Crucible area of Fractured Peaks.

Ashava has NOT been spawning properly for the past week. Everytime it's supposed to be her, it switches to Bonelord when 5m are left till spawn.
