This is a guide on how to get to Fossil Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Read on to learn about all the Fossil Pokemon, as well as where to find them.
List of Contents
The 4 Fossil Pokemon that appear in Pokemon Legends: Arceus are Cranidos, Rampardos, Shieldon, and Bastiodon.
Fossil Pokemon | Location |
---|---|
Cranidos | ・Coronet Highlands Space-Time Distortion |
Rampardos | ・Coronet Highlands Space-Time Distortion ・Evolves from Cranidos (Lv.30) |
Shieldon | ・Coronet Highlands Space-Time Distortion |
Bastiodon | ・Coronet Highlands Space-Time Distortion ・Evolves from Shieldon (Lv.30) |
In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, there are no Fossil items (and therefore no related events). Instead, the Pokemon that were revived through Fossils in previous Pokemon titles can now be found and caught in the wild.
If you're traveling around Coronet Highlands, keep an eye out for a pair of fossils that should look familiar. Don't bother trying to collect them, though, as they're just easter eggs after all.
All Fossil Pokemon have a low probability of spawning in Space-Time Distortions that appear in Coronet Highlands. Space-Time Distortions are usually filled with strong, high-level Pokemon, so come prepared!
Space-Time Distortions: How to Find and List of Pokemon
Not only can Rampardos and Bastiodon can be acquired by evolving Cranidos and Shieldon respectively, but they can also be found in Space-Time Distortions.
If you catch Cranidos and Shieldon first while filling your Pokedex, it is recommended to evolve them into Rampardos and Bastiodon, respectively.
Cranidos and Shieldon can both evolve at the relatively early level 30, so going the evolution route might be easier than waiting for another Space-Time Distortion to appear.
