Complete The Sea's Legend Request

Steps to proceed through The Sea's Legend
1	Read the request from the blackboard after starting the Scaling Perilous Heights mission.
2	Solve the Mystery of The Sea's Legend from Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
3	Catch an Overqwil, Buizel, and Mantyke and add them to your party.
4	In the evening, pass through the two rock pillars in Cobalt Coastlands.
5	Manaphy and Phione will appear inside the Seaside Hollow.
6	Catch Manaphy. You can also catch Phione since it is rare, but it is not required for the request.
