How to Get Uxie

Catch in Alabaster Icelands

Uxie can be found inside a cavern in the middle of Lake Acuity at Alabaster Icelands. It is one of three Pokemon you need to capture to complete Mission 21: Plate of the Lakes.

Steps to Encounter Uxie in Alabaster Icelands
1	Accept Mission 21: Plate of the Lakes from Cogita.
2	Go to Alabaster Icelands, then head to the Pearl Settlement.
3	Head for Lake Acuity. You can then use your Hisuian Braviary to glide down to the middle of the lake and enter the cavern.
4	Once inside the cavern, Uxie will spawn. The battle will start once you throw a Pokemon at it. Using Pokemon with Dark, Bug, or Ghost type moves will quickly lower Uxie's health.
5	Be sure to capture the Pokemon once it's weakened!

Uxie Respawns if Defeated

If you take down Uxie, you can simply just exit Lake Acuity, head to a base camp to rest, and go back to Uxie's location. You will find that Uxie is back and is ready for another round!

Conversely, fighting Uxie repeatedly can be a good chance to rack up some EXP.

Use Calm Mind in Agile Style 3 times, then use Mystical Power once.

As you progress through the story, the number of Research Points you still need for each Pokemon will undoubtedly change, but following the process above and skipping unneeded steps will work for achieving the goal.
