There is also the Level 55 Alpha Magikarp which is south of oreburrow tunnel
There are quite a few missing from every list I have read so far. I have caught a few not on any list such as alpha pichu, starly, budew, chimecho, buneary, psyduck to name a few. Some of those I have caught twice in the same location so do respawn.
these one here are statics alpha locations, I always reload the map to pick more and more of the same alpha in the same location, like the lopunny, to get 6 of her, but you're right, any other can be randomly alpha, but at same time have specific locations
These are all of the static alpha pokemon, aka the ones that will always spawn there. However, I've caught several alpha pokemon that are not on this list. I've caught an alpha buneary and an alpha wurmple, and have definitely seen more pokemon than the ones listed. this either means that it's random and any pokemon can be an alpha, or it means that there are static alphas that you missed. I don't think they were static though.
