I got a alpha piplup in the coastlands by a pond just a little north from where the alpha empolion was

There's an alpha carnivine at lonely lake in the coronet highlands that always spawns
Alpha unown appear in the cave where u find out the tablet been stolen but they only appear rarely after u have caught all different forms of unown
I own an alpha unknown H, so yes, they can appear alpha
I just encountered the Lake Valor Whiscash at level 71. I'm post game almost done with the pokedex.

You can get an alpha unknown after you've captured all the unknown
An alpha Mantine always spawns just to the east of the claw looking island in Tranquility cove in the cobalt coastlands, this isn't listed on here.
Just wanna add, alpha whiscash is always spawned in lake valor.
You can get a Alpha Zoroark but it's not 100% spawn rate
There's an alpha Blissey near the Machamp in the ice area as well
