Best Early Game Sniper Rifle

The Nekomata can be bought from vendors as well as picked up from enemies fairly early in the game. It is a reliable sniper rifle that can make use of its Tech weapon feature to charge strong attacks that shoot through walls.

Best Mid-Game Sniper Rifle

Panam's Overwatch is a mid-game great sniper rifle that can be obtained after completing the quest Riders on the Storm. It comes with a built-in silencer as well as a powerful scope.

Make use of this powerful sniper rifle's scope and silencer to stealthily take out enemies from afar. It has a high Crit Chance, making headshots even more deadly.

Best Endgame Sniper Rifle

Once you acquire the Smart Link cyberware to utilize Smart Weapons, Ashura's true potential will shine. As the only Smart sniper rifle in the game, once you have locked-on to moving targets, your shots will automatically go straight to their head. This will allow you to safely shoot from behind cover and from a distance. The weapon can also have up to 4 mod slots, allowing you to further improve its stats.

One downside to Ashura is that you cannot equip a silencer on it. However, using it from a distance will allow you to take out most enemies before they realize where you are located.

    • In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?

    • If I fail or cancel out of an access point, the mini-game will not load up, you'll just get the jack in/Jack out animations but the mini-game will no longer appear.
