Ashura Legendary crafting spec moved in 1.5, its not at the gig when Jae Hyun, its now: (according to reddit - have not confirmed) It's at the suspected organized crime activity in that abandoned construction area in Santo Domingo. The one controlled by the Wraiths. Either in a chest up top or on the body of that guy all the way up top.
