This is a list of all the best Shotguns available in Cyberpunk 2077. Learn the details of all the best and most powerful shotguns for the endgame, mid-game, and early game.

Best Early Game Shotgun

Name Reason
DB-4 Igla.pngDB-4 Igla ・High damage and knockback
・Reduces weapon draw time by half
・Increases damage by 20%.

The DB-4 Igla is a powerful dobule-barrel shotgun that effectively blows up enemies away. With additional perks of reduced weapon draw time and damage, it is a great shotgun to have in your arsenal in the earlier part of the game.

Best Mid-Game Shotgun

Name Reason
Carnage.pngCarnage ・Legendary version can be found in shops
・High damage with several mod slots

Carnage is a powerful shotgun that can be crafted to Legendary with a high enough Techinical Ability.

Best Endgame Shotgun

Name Reason
M2038 Tactician.pngThe Headsman ・Doubles the number of projectiles per shot and increases the chance for dismemberment or Bleeding. Increases spread, reduces reload time, reduces rate of fire and reduces clip capacity compared to the base version of the gun.

The Headsman truly lives up to its name. With double the projectiles per shot and increased chances of dismemberment and Bleeding, it is sure to tear through enemies like Thermal Mantis Blades through butter.

One throwback to its power is a reduced clip capacity and rate of fire.

    • In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?

    • If I fail or cancel out of an access point, the mini-game will not load up, you'll just get the jack in/Jack out animations but the mini-game will no longer appear.
