Manifest up to 5 Anomalies that emit particles which deal 10,530 damage over 4 seconds. Activate again to command your Anomalies to all coverage and implode, dealing 42,135 damage per detonation.
At Rank 10: While at 5 Anomlaies, you are Unstoppable and the next series of implosions deal double damage. |

Catalysts, such as Cosmic Anomaly, are the foundation of each Horadric Spell which gives it the primary function. You can customize its effect using Infusions and Arcana.
This spell's effect can be further improved by upgrading it from the Horadric Spellcraft menu.

Cosmic Anomaly blinks you to its implosion, grants Unhindered, and cleanses all your negative effects. |
 Nightmare Orb |
Anomalies Fear and apply an 90% Slow to unaffected enemies they come into contact with. |
 Frigid Heart |
Anomalies have a 30% chance to preserve themselves instead of imploding and Freeze surrounding enemies. |
 Pressurized Steam |
The particles from your Anomalies deal their damage instantly and have a 25% chance to Stun. |
 Bloody Charm |
Cosmic Anomaly will Execute non-Boss enemies with its implosion. Successful Executions increase your Attack Speed by 20% for 8 seconds. |
Aside from Infusions and Arcana spells, you can farther customize Cosmic Anomaly by using Legendary Arcana to give it more effects. You can obtain these Legendary Arcana as random rewards from Horadric Strongrooms after reaching Tier 6 in the Horadric Knowledge reputation system.
How to Get Cosmic Anomaly
Complete the “The Unseeable Demands” Seasonal Quest
Obtain the Cosmic Anomaly spell by completing Season 9's The Unseeable Demands Seasonal Quest. This series of quests will mostly revolve around clearing Horadric Strongrooms and talking to Bryona in Cerrigar during the early game until you unlock all the Catalyst and Infusion Spellcraft.

How to Upgrade Cosmic Anomaly
Upgrade From the Horadric Spellcraft Menu
Cosmic Anomaly can be further improved by upgrading it up to Rank 20. You can upgrade Horadric Spells by selecting them on the Horadric Spellcraft Menu and pressing the Upgrade Power button.
