There are a total of 20 class-exclusive uniques (15 belonging to the new Spiritborn class) introduced in Diablo 4's (D4) Hatred Rising Season 6 update and Vessel of Hatred Expansion. Read on to see a list of all new Uniques and learn how to get them!

(Necromancer) |
Effect: Soulrift's duration is increased by 0.5 seconds for every 30 Essence you spend while it is active, up to 8 seconds. Soulrift deals 100 - 200% of its Shadow damage per second to surrounding enemies for every 30 Essence you gain while it is active. Drops:N/A |
Pitfighter’s Gull
(Rogue) |
Effect: Casting Smoke Grenade increases your Critical Strike Damage by 33 for 3 - 6 seconds and leaves behind a cloud of shadows. While within the cloud, you gain Stealth once per second. Drops:N/A |

Effect: Casting Familiar now summons all three elemental variants at once. Familiar's duration is increased by 25 - 50% and its Cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds, but its maximum Charges are reduced by 1. Drops:N/A |

Peacemonger's Signet
(Ring) |
Effect: While you have at least 4 stacks of Ferocity, you gain 1 - 7 Vigor per second. Gaining Ferocity also grants Resolve. Drops: Grigoire |
Ring of the Midday Hunt
(Ring) |
Effect: Your Maximum Vigor is increased by 50%, and killing an enemy grants you 1 - 7 Vigor. While you have Ferocity, your Poisoning effects deal their damage across 33% of the normal duration. Drops: Varshan |

Harmony of Ebewaka

Loyalty's Mantle

Wushe Nak Pa

Effect: Casting an Ultimate Skill grants or amplifies its matching Primary Spirit Hall Bonus with 50 - 100% potency for 15 seconds. Your Ultimate Skills each gain an additional Skill Type: The Seeker is a Focus Skill, The Hunter is a Mobility Skill, The Devourer is a Potency Skill, The Protector is a Defensive Skill. Sepazontec
(Quarterstaff) |
Effect: Your Basic Skills deal 50 - 100% increased damage and always use their 3rd attack. Every 3rd cast of a Basic Skill strikes three times. Drops: Duriel, Andariel |
Rod of Kepeleke
(Quarterstaff) |
Effect: Your Core Skills are now additionally Basic Skills and free to cast, but deal up to 30% reduced damage based on their Vigor Cost. When cast at Maximum Vigor, your Core Skills consume all Vigor to return to full damage, cast at their largest Size, and become guaranteed Critical Strikes, with 1.00 - 3.00% increased Critical Strike Damage for each point of Vigor spent this way. These Unique items are exclusive to the Spiritborn class. The Spiritborn is only available for players who own a copy of the Vessel of Hatred expansion.
The majority of the new uniques added to the game can be primarily obtained by participating and completing Infernal Hordes and opening the equipment cache after defeating The Fell Council during your runs.
Infernal Horde Guide and How to Unlock
While the new uniques can be primarily obtained in Infernal Hordes, there are uniques that also have a high drop chance when defeating uber bosses in the game!
The following bosses in particular have a high change of dropping several uniques from the new season:
You also have a high chance of obtaining these new Uniques by opening Helltide Chests. Make sure to target chests that are the same piece as the equipment you're looking for to have as high a chance as possible!
The monsters you fight along the dungeon and the items you receive at completion also have a good chance of dropping these new uniques. Target Tier 30 and above Nightmare Dungeons in order to have a chance to get Distilled Fear, which is a crucial material to fight the Beast in the Ice.
Whispering Caches can now give unique equipment, so consider doing activities that will provide Tree of Whispers progress. Redeem the rewards once you have completed the objectives to get a chance to obtain unique items.
How to Complete the Tree of Whispers
Similar to Whispering Caches, the Purveyor of Curiosities can now also drop Unique equipment as of patch 1.5.0 when gambling specific gear types. Determine which unique gear you want to obtain then gamble away for a chance to get your much needed Unique!
