Talk to Yolanda After Gift of the Swamp

You first have to complete the side quest Gift of the Swamp before being able to start this quest.

Gift of the Swamp Quest Walkthrough

Fungal Remedies Walkthrough

	Objective
1	Speak to Yolanda Talk to Yolanda after finishing the quest Gift of the Swamp.
2	Enter Pilgrim's Cave Pilgrim's Cave is the blue search region marked on your map. Head west from Yolanda to reach it.
3	Collect Gano Fungus When you're inside the blue search region of Pilgrim's Cave, kill Giant Bats as they drop Gano Fungus. These enemies are marked as red dots on your map, so target these specifically.
4	Speak to Yolanda After collecting all the Gano Fungus, head to Yolanda. She will now be located directly east of the Wejinhani waypoint.
5	Add the Gano Fungus to the pot Interact with the pot in the middle of the room.
6	Administer the medication to Thanak and Jana Jana is in the same room as you. Thanak is found in the next house to the east.
7	Give Yolanda the medicine Head back to Yolanda and speak to her to complete the quest.

After completing Fungal Remedies, you will unlock the next quest Heart of Mold.
