Dragonfire Lore

Lore Description
"One of the incantations of Dragon Communion

Transforms caster into a dragon to spew flaming breath. Charging extends duration.

Incantation of those who have hunted dragons and feasted upon their hearts. Theirs is a pure and overwhelming power."

Dragonfire Effects

Transforms the caster's head into a dragon that spews flames in a wide linear arc direction. Charging this incantation will release a second Dragonfire attack right after the first which will continue to burn enemies.

How to Get Dragonfire

Obtained by Exchanging Dragon Hearts

Dragonfire can be obtained by defeating Flying Dragon Agheel located in the Dragon-Burnt Ruins in Limgrave. After defeating the dragon, you can travel to the Church of Dragon Communion located west of Limgrave. The island can be accessed through the Coastal Cave.

Once you reach the Church, Interact with the altar, so you can exchange the Dragon Heart for the Dragonfire incantation.

How to Use Dragonfire

Useful Against Enemy Mobs

Dragonfire is very effective when used on groups of enemies. This spell is very powerful and burns anything in a cone in front of you. It can also be charged to increase the amount of time that flames are dispersed.

Use Against Moving Enemies

While you are holding down the attack button to continue breathing fire, you can spin around to change your aim. This works well against enemies and bosses that move around often, such as those on horseback. However, Dragonfire does consumes more FP than more basic Incantations and can use up your bar quickly if used carelessly.
