Scouring Black Flame is a black flame incantation that allows the caster to sweep a wide area with black flame.

Charging this spell will improve its area of effect and its damage. A low-charged Scouring Black Flame can be released after 1.5 seconds while a fully charged spell can be released after 2 seconds. You can further reduce this spell's casting time when using Radagon Icon.
