To obtain the Light of Miquella incantation, defeat the final boss Promised Consort Radahn at the Divine Gate Front Staircase in Enir-Ilim.
Afterwards, visit Enia at the Roundtable Hold and then receive the power from the Remembrance for this incantation.
Promised Consort Radahn Final Boss Guide
To cast the Light of Miquella incantation, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Light of Miquella incantation and the Sacred Seal you want to use.
Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Sacred Seal to cast the Light of Miquella incantation.
